Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed, but must occur before the cutoff periods to be eligible for a full refund. The cutoff period for all Live classes is 7 days before the class occurs (If the class is on the 15th, you must cancel before the 8th), and the cutoff period for Online classes is 48 hours before the class occurs. After the cutoff period has been passed, no refunds will be given, though we will gladly rechedule to another available training date at no charge.
